Our bodies were built for movement. Our brain feeds off our constant movements and this keeps us healthy! Constantly sitting increases your risk of heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and even depression. Experts have even labeled this the modern-day health epidemic as the “sitting disease.”

It’s time to change your lifestyle and stand up for your health! Start small by standing at work for 30 minutes a day and work up to even transitioning to a standing desk!
